The descendants of people who were murdered in one of Western Australia's most brutal attacks on Aboriginal people — the Pinjarra Massacre — are set to hear an historic apology from the WA governor today after he was invited on country. It is the first time the Bindjareb people of the Noongar Nation will have the deaths of their ancestors publicly recognised in such a way, 191 years on. How Real Estate Agents Evaluate Cleanliness at Inspection

Image
Real estate agents evaluate cleanliness during inspections by looking for a well maintained and spotless property that meets the lease agreement’s standards. They focus on key areas like the kitchen, bathroom, floors, and windows, checking for grease, grime, and stains. Agents also inspect walls, skirting boards, carpets, and light fittings to see if they are free from dust and marks. Attention is given to hidden spots such as behind appliances and inside cupboards. Outdoor areas like balconies or patios should also be tidy. A property that looks and smells fresh creates a positive impression. Meeting these expectations helps tenants secure their bond refund and shows respect for the property.
