Your Complete Rental Inspection Checklist

Image
Hey All, House cleaning is not merely vacuuming the property. You need to go above and beyond to ensure it is sparkling and clean at all times, especially the rental inspection which can take place every three months. The landlord usually checks for damage done to the property and its cleanliness levels. So, tenants in Perth need to be extra cautions about hidden dirt and tough stains. They must clean the wall, sink, faucets, windows, doors, fixtures and appliances regularly or hire bond cleaning companies in Perth for the same. I am sharing an article to help you with the rental inspection checklist.       https://www.bondcleaninginperth.com.au/your-complete-rental-inspection-checklist/

A West Australian mining executive accused of gold theft has told the District Court he was "uncomfortable" transporting DorĂ© bullion on the back seat of his car for his former boss, and said to the jury he tried to keep the revenue off the company's books. Patrick Rhyan Keogh, 42, the former general manager of gold miner FMR Investments, is one of five people on trial over the alleged theft of 8,465 tonnes of gold-bearing ore from the Greenfields Mill near Coolgardie.  The gold the ore produced in December 2018 and January 2019, and which was sold to the Perth Mint, was worth $1.17 million, based on metal prices at the time. Mr Keogh, who has pleaded not guilty to stealing as a servant and various other charges, took the stand on the 10th day of the trial and told the 14-member jury "it was my dirt".  The Perth Mint has confirmed it is closing a controversial app that allows investors to buy and trade gold, as the minister responsible for the embattled organisation fronts the media for the first time. Until today, Mines Minister Bill Johnston had not spoken publicly since a Four Corners investigation into the mint aired two weeks ago, having been away on an international trade mission to the US, Canada, South Korea and Japan. He said he was not aware of the taxpayer-owned refinery breaching any Australian regulations, while defending his decision not to tell the Premier about issues with gold sold to China.
