Loomi: Perth designer Remi Lane announces innovative stylish water bottle after closing fashion label

Image
A Perth designer has announced her latest business venture, combining hydration and fashion to create Loomi — a fashionable water bottle. Remi Lane, earlier this year, closed her fashion label Remi after eight years in order to focus on a new product that is set to shake up the industry that revolves around customisation and protection. Loomi is a triple-insulated stainless steel bottle with a ceramic-lined interior that features an interchangeable system of slips, straps and charms people can swap out to match an outfit, bag or mood.  Lane said she wanted to create something stylish so that people could play around with looks, all while protecting their bottle. The fashionista said the idea was sparked after her mum and grandma spent time people watching in a cafe, brainstorming potential projects. Six Strategies For Maximizing Income Through Your Rental Property Investment

Image
Maximizing income from a rental property requires smart planning and consistent effort. Start by setting a fair but competitive rent based on market research to attract quality tenants. Keep the property well maintained, as a clean and updated home can justify higher rent and reduce vacancy. Consider adding extra features like modern appliances, air conditioning, or secure parking to increase value. Long term leases help ensure steady income, while allowing short term rentals in high demand areas can boost returns. Regularly review rent prices, manage expenses wisely, and build good tenant relationships to keep occupancy high and income flowing steadily. Tenant Rights In Western Australia If You Fail The Final Inspection

Image
In Western Australia, tenants have certain rights even if they fail the final inspection at the end of a lease. If the property is not cleaned properly or damage is found, the landlord may request money from the bond to cover these costs. However, landlords cannot simply keep the bond without proof. They must provide clear reasons and, if needed, lodge a claim with the bond authority. Tenants have the right to dispute unfair claims and present their side. It is important to keep records, such as photos and receipts of cleaning or repairs. This helps protect tenants and ensures a fair outcome. What Is Brand Dilution And How To Prevent It?

Image
Brand dilution happens when a company stretches its brand too far or makes choices that confuse customers. This can lead to the brand losing its value or identity over time. For example, if a luxury brand suddenly starts selling cheap products, loyal customers might lose trust. To prevent this, businesses need to stay true to what makes their brand special. Clear messaging, quality products, and listening to customer feedback all help keep a brand strong. It is also important to avoid overusing the brand name on unrelated products. Building a brand takes time and care, so every decision should support the brand’s purpose. Staying focused and consistent helps people remember and trust the brand for the right reasons. How Blockchain Technology is Changing Real Estate

Given blockchain’s disruption of financial services and subsequent widespread application across industries, it’s hard to find a segment that has not been influenced by the technology. Cryptocurrencies have made a strong impact on payments, remittances, and foreign exchange. Initial coin offerings (ICOs) have challenged stock investing, startup loans, and venture capital. Even the food supply chain industry has been upended by blockchain. Real estate hasn’t escaped blockchain disruption either. Previously, transacting high value assets such as real estate exclusively through digital channels has never been the norm. Real estate transactions are often conducted offline involving face-to-face engagements with various entities. Blockchain, however, opened up ways to change this. The introduction of smart contracts in blockchain platforms now allows assets like real estate to be tokenized and be traded like cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and ether.
