Loomi: Perth designer Remi Lane announces innovative stylish water bottle after closing fashion label

Image
A Perth designer has announced her latest business venture, combining hydration and fashion to create Loomi — a fashionable water bottle. Remi Lane, earlier this year, closed her fashion label Remi after eight years in order to focus on a new product that is set to shake up the industry that revolves around customisation and protection. Loomi is a triple-insulated stainless steel bottle with a ceramic-lined interior that features an interchangeable system of slips, straps and charms people can swap out to match an outfit, bag or mood.  Lane said she wanted to create something stylish so that people could play around with looks, all while protecting their bottle. Six Strategies For Maximizing Income Through Your Rental Property Investment

Maximizing income from a rental property requires smart planning and consistent effort. Start by setting a fair but competitive rent based on market research to attract quality tenants. Keep the property well maintained, as a clean and updated home can justify higher rent and reduce vacancy. Consider adding extra features like modern appliances, air conditioning, or secure parking to increase value. Long term leases help ensure steady income, while allowing short term rentals in high demand areas can boost returns. Regularly review rent prices, manage expenses wisely, and build good tenant relationships to keep occupancy high and income flowing steadily. Tenant Rights In Western Australia If You Fail The Final Inspection

Image
In Western Australia, tenants have certain rights even if they fail the final inspection at the end of a lease. If the property is not cleaned properly or damage is found, the landlord may request money from the bond to cover these costs. However, landlords cannot simply keep the bond without proof. They must provide clear reasons and, if needed, lodge a claim with the bond authority. Tenants have the right to dispute unfair claims and present their side. It is important to keep records, such as photos and receipts of cleaning or repairs. This helps protect tenants and ensures a fair outcome.
