What Happens If Your Bond Cleaning Fails Inspection?

Image
If your bond cleaning fails inspection, it can lead to a number of consequences that could cost you time and money. Firstly, the landlord or property manager may require you to have the property re-cleaned, often at your own expense. This means you might need to hire another cleaning company or the original service to address areas that didn’t meet the expected standard. In some cases, the property manager may directly deduct cleaning costs from your bond if the re-cleaning fails. Not only does this reduce the amount you get back, but it could also delay your bond refund process. To avoid these issues, ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned, from floors to windows and appliances. A professional bond cleaning company familiar with inspection standards can help guarantee that your cleaning meets expectations, ensuring you get the full bond amount returned.
